Angel Awards Celebration Tonight!

Today is a celebration of Angels! Tonight, Manners of the Heart Founder/Executive Director, Jill Rigby Garner will be honored along with the seven other honorees at LSU's Lod Cook Alumni Center. The Angel Award program seeks to honor outstanding Louisianians to further their efforts to improve the quality of life for the state's children. Each year, a committee comprised of past award recipients come together to review nominations from across the state of those individuals who so willingly donate their time and effort to bettering lives of Louisiana children physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. This year the committee selected eight winners from a total of sixty-two nominations, spanning from every end of the state. We are so proud of Jill and all of her accomplishments along the way!
