Family Engagement Questions

Being a good sport is a great quality. When we choose sportsmanship and cooperation, we are choosing to think of others before ourselves. That’s not always easy, so let’s practice:

• Your friend just scored the winning goal (you are champions!). What would you say to celebrate him?
• Your teammate just missed the winning goal (your team lost). What could you say to cheer her up?
• Your team just beat your best friend’s team in game of basketball. How could you show good sportsmanship to your friend after the game?
